in Human Nutrition and is licensed by the Minnesota Board of Dietetics
and Nutrition Practice. For eight years she worked for Nutritional
Weight & Wellness, and now has her own business, Practical Nutrition.
She does individual nutritional counseling and speaks around the Twin
Cities to various businesses and organizations.
